The other day I was mentioning Anuga as the next interesting Trade Fair. Today I’d like to mention three more:

– Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago (USA) from 8 until 10 May  www.sweetsandsnacks.com for those interested in finished product.

– Vitafoods Europe, in Geneva (Switzerland) from 22 until 24 May 2012  www.vitafoods.eu.com  for those interested in nutraceuticals, functional ingredients and suplements.

– Achema, in Frankfurt (Germany) from 18 until 22 June 2012 www.achema.de for those interested in machinery
